PAST EVENT : Dinner Series : Pizza on the Pecos w/ Esther Rose @ Field Trip NM

Our first of many farm to table style meals in magical locations. This first dinner will be at Field Trip New Mexico, right on the pecos river. We’ll be cooking up a full family style meal that goes beyond our normal pizza offering. Esther Rose will be sharing her musical gifts as dinner flows into camp fire and stargazing time! This first meal will be limited at 30 people so don’t hesitate to book if you’re interested!

Includes:

• Arrival at 4pm to take in the river and nature with a hydrating welcome drink upon arrival

• Dinner starting at 6pm, with our sample menu below, subject to change.

• Music with Esther Rose at 8pm

First: Little Gem Salad & Stracciatella w/ Peaches, mint, pistachio

Second : Roasted Veggies & Margherita Pizzas

• Served with arugula w/ mustard vinaigrette

Third : Cream Corn Poblano Puree , Bison Tenderloin w/

& Whole Roasted Branzino, w/ dill, tomatoes and other herbs,

• Served with Chimichurri Sauce, Carolina Mustard Sauce

Fourth : Seasonal Sorbet & Tiramisu
